Internal regulations

You will find just here the rules of our apartments:

The apartment is non-smoking (please smoke outside). If this is the case, we will have to take the deposit to deodorize the apartment.

Animals are not allowed.  

Bed and bath linen are provided. Netflix is open access.

Please respect the life of the building by avoiding making noise after 10 p.m. Parties are strictly prohibited.

Internet use must be done in accordance with the law. We will need to pass your details to the police if requested.  

Even if it is an aparthotel, please use the heating as if it were your home and not to overheat unnecessarily or open windows for example or when you are not there.

When you leave, we ask you to help us a little: ​

• Do not leave food on site in the fridge or cupboards

• Dispose of the garbage in the room for this purpose

• The dishes will have to be done

• The apartment is offered to you clean, thank you for returning it in a suitable condition.

• The departure is at 11am maximum. Any excess will result in a penalty. ​​​
